Featuring a stylish ruffled neckline, the garment flared out to mid-calf length, flashing a hint of her model pins.

Rolling up her sleeves as she cradled her bump, the mum-of-two kept her accessories simple with a pair of tan heeled sandals and a small brown bag.

Adding a splash of glitz to her ensemble, she wore a chunky gold bangle on her slender wrist.

Pick up a pretty printed pick like Molly wearing H&M

Molly Sims might be harboring a baby bump, but she certainly hasn't let her style standards slip. Just check her out here as she arrived at a book launch party in Los Angeles.

We love the bold print and autumnal feel of this piece by H&M and the cute frill yoke really gives it a girlish edge while the funnel neck, long sleeves and ankle length keeps it super sophisticated.

We think the piece looked perfect with Molly's tan lace up sandals, but being that it's Fall in New York we feel a heeled boot or pointed pump would look just as great and throw in a leather jacket to add an even cooler edge.

Sadly this maxi is all sold out now, but H&M has a similar style up for grabs so click right to buy it now. Or head to the carousel below where you'll find an array of printed dresses that are all perfect for the colder months.

Whilst she was looking forward to welcoming a third child into their family she admitted that the couple were 'super nervous' about the tests she has had to undergo.

Luckily, she revealed that everything is 'on track', but admitted to succumbing to some bizarre cravings - including drinking hot chocolate with marshmallows every night and eating turkey with salt and crackers.
