The police reports (excerpts above) obtained by In Touch detail the claims she made including how she 'detected suspicious behavior' between Jon and Hannah

'Jon is a drug dealer, who uses his disc jockey employment as a front to sell narcotics. She also stated he frequently drinks alcohol around the children,' the report reads.

Kate called police again just a few days later on April 27 and told an officer that she feared Jon would engage her in a 'hostile dispute', since he owned a gun.

She claimed that she also 'detected suspicious behavior' between Jon and Hannah, who at the time was 10 years old.

The police reports obtained by In Touch show that she called authorities three times in a matter of five days.

The officer who responded did not get involved, and 'informed her this was a custody/civil matter, to be handled in court'.

A custody hearing that happened shortly after Kate's police calls against her husband found no evidence to support her accusations against him. The former couple is pictured above in 2008

The former couple followed the officer's advice and an emergency custody hearing found no evidence to support Kate's accusations against Jon, a source told In Touch.

'Jon didn't even know all of what Kate had accused him of until he saw the police report himself,' the source said.

'He believes Kate will stop at nothing to get what she wants - even if it means lying to police. She has no boundaries.

'Jon had no idea at the time that she accused him of having an inappropriate relationship with Hannah. He was upset when he found out.'

The Daily Mail has reached out to Jon's representative for comment.

Earlier this month, Kate confirmed on Instagram that her TLC show, 'Kate Plus 8' will be returning in January.

On a photo she posted of her son Aaden with their dog. a fan wrote, 'Wish you guys were still on television.'

She responded, 'We are! Full season of Kate Plus 8 returning in January! #Yay.'

The show chronicles the mother's life with her 15-year-old twins Mady and Cara and her 12-year-old sextuplets Aaden, Alexis, Collin, Hannah, Leah and Joel.

The popular series was formerly known as Jon & Kate Plus 8, however it was renamed in 2010 following the couple's divorce.
