Cheryl Fernandez-Versini’s second marriage lasted just 18 months.

So it’s only fitting the relationship is expected to legally end today in just a matter of minutes.

It is understood the former Girls Aloud star will be handed a decree nisi officially ending her marriage to restaurateur Jean-Bernard Fernandez-Versini.

The procedure is expected go ahead at the Central Family Court in London early this morning with neither Cheryl nor the Frenchman attending.
