Feeling better Tyga? Kylie Jenner's boyfriend boasts about his bling after suddenly falling ill while getting quizzed about expensive gifts
Tyga is a man of miraculous recoveries.
Kylie Jenner's boyfriend, who had a seeming medical emergency as he was being grilled about his finances earlier this week, was back to his old self Friday, showing off a Patek Philippe watch while sidled up to two others also wearing the high-end timepieces.
The Geneva-based watch company, a staple since 1839, caters to the ultra-wealthy, as its high-end models sell for more than six figures in some cases.

Got the time: Tyga, 26, used Snapchat to show off his Patek Philippe watch, while sidled next to two others doing the same, just days after he fell ill during a court hearing while he was being grilled about how much money he spends on girlfriend Kylie Jenner, 19
Wheels up: Tyga's ongoing financial crisis didn't keep him from visiting a high-end car dealership with Kylie Friday
The extravagant display seemingly marks a 180 degree turnaround for the Rack City rapper.
He fell ill Tuesday during a hearing in his ongoing case with celeb jeweler Jason Arasheben's shop Jason of Beverly Hills over a $200,000 judgment the business received against the rapper, over a pricey watch and chain.
The 26-year-old, as first reported by TMZ, answered questions from Boris Treyzon, the lawyer for the Wilshire Boulevard jeweler, about how much he makes and owns.
But when Treyzon asked the the Deuces rapper about the expensive presents he's given to his 19-year-old girlfriend - many of which have been flaunted on both of their social media accounts - Tyga began acting disoriented, confused and sick, and asked to end the hearing.

Uncomfortable: The tattooed artist acted confused and disoriented in his court date Tuesday, leading to the end of the tense questioning
It's since been put back on the calendar for November 1, which coincides with an interview Kylie's slated to give in the case.
Earlier in the day, the Wait For A Minute artist put on a bizarre display as he entered the building, giving a nearby photographer the finger, and gesturing as if he was aiming a firearm.
Those who follow the Still Got It rapper or Kris Jenner's youngest daughter on social media are well aware of the major dollars the young pair drop on high-end items such as luxury vehicles and jewels.
When Kylie turned 19 this past August, Tyga lavished the young Keeping Up with the Kardashians star with a Mercedes-Maybach valued at about $200,000.
Pricey present: The Rack City rapper, despite racking up huge debts, didn't hesitate to give Kylie a $200,000 vehicle for her birthday in August
Material girl: Kylie, who has moved Tyga in with her, was overjoyed at the over-the-top gift
Four wheels: The rapper is clearly a fan of luxury cars, as he's shown off a series of them over the years
But all that glitters is not gold for the rapper, whose money issues have surfaced in connection with a series of other purchases he had previously made.
Among them: a 2013 Mercedes G-Wagon valued at $233,000 that was scheduled for a date with the repo man in February after he made no payments on it for four months; a 2013 Lamborghini Aventador he owed $350,000 on to Choice Motor Credit; and a $1.3 million 2014 Maybach 62 S Landaulet that was repossessed earlier this year - after he invested more than $900,000 upgrading it.
The rapper, whose real name is Micheal Ray Stevenson, composed his stage name as an acronym for the phrase, 'Thank You God Always.'
Spendthrifts: Both Tyga and Kylie, seen here last month in NYC during Fashion Week, are known for boasting about their pricey purchases via social media
