Hippy chic! Make-up free Cat Deeley opts for laid-back bohemian ensemble as she hits grocery store with her mum

She gave birth to her first child, adorable baby boy Milo, earlier this year.

And Cat Deeley, 40, was on full mum duty as she topped up on household supplies while hitting Bristol Farms shopping centre in Los Angeles on Monday morning.

With her own mother in tow, the So You Think You Can Dance presenter opted for a laid-back look in a Bohemian style blouse and matching trousers.

Cat Deely was spotted out and about in LA rocking a pared back look featuring black skinny jeans that she teamed with a beautifully embroidered boho blouse by Isabel Marant.

The British beauty shielded her eyes from the Californian sun with black tinted sunglasses, covering her striking features with little makeup.

Giving her feet a break from her usual sky-high stilettos, Cat opted for simple black and gold sandals which artfully matched her over-the-shoulder handbag.  

Her famous honey-hued tresses were swept into a casual up-do as she pushed the trolley full of groceries to her awaiting vehicle.

Despite receiving a helping hand from her mum, the TV personality struggled to keep hold of her heavy grocery bags.

The mother-of-one was without her husband of four years Patrick Kielty, 45, who she married in a traditional Catholic ceremony in Rome, Italy, in September 2012. 

The couple were friends for 10 years before they married, although Patrick recently insisted there was 'always a spark' between them before their relationship became romantic.

'There was always a little bit of a spark between us but either she was with someone or I was with someone and by the time we were both single she was in America', he explained. 'It was always one of those things that never worked out.'

The pair met when they presented Fame Academy together in 2002 and remained friends for almost a decade before making their debut as a couple in March 2012 and they married six months later. 

The blonde hit the big time in the States in 2006 when she began to host the US dance show So You Think You Can Dance, while Patrick's work remained in the UK.

Despite their transatlantic romance, the pair say they never spend more than two weeks apart.

Meanwhile, Cat recently revealed the dilemma she and her husband Patrick went through to name their son Milo - who was born in January. 

'We weren't talking to each other,' said Cat during an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live! 'It was awful, it was just horrific. Because everyone says, "Oh, when you see them, you'll know." We didn't know!

'And then my mum came in as the peacemaker – a bit of a Neville Chamberlain – and she [demanded we name the baby by the next day].'
