Arnold Schwarzenegger is set to star in a Chinese film that promotes China's lost kingdom.
Production of the film 'The Guest of Sanxingdui' is set to begin in March 2017 and will be released in 2019.
The Terminator star and former California governor will produce the film along with playing the leading role.

The film will focus on Sanxingdui ruins which are located in Guanghan City.
These ruins are believed to be remnants of the Shu Kingdom that suddenly disappeared 3,000 years ago.
Schwarzenegger says that the film would be an international story in order to introduce a global audience to the culture of Sanxingdui.
According to CRI, Film investment company Beijing Ajimo said during a press conference that there was an initial investment of 200 million US dollars (£163 million).

They said that the film will be a 3D production featuring Hollywood technology and oriental culture.
Schwarzenegger will also become the spokesperson for south-west China's Sanxingdui site to help promote it overseas.
The actor visited the Sanxingdui museum on October 24.
An increasing number of Hollywood actors are turning to China for roles.
Matt Damon is starring in the Great Wall movie which is set to be released next year.
