And on Tuesday evening Ellie Goulding showcased the fruits of her labours, as she put her enviable legs on display in a pair of tiny leather hot pants.

Heading out to the fashionable Los Angeles rooftop haunt, Catch, the 29-year-old Burn hit-maker put on an eye-catching display in her chic all-black ensemble.

Having just touched down in The States that day, it seemed that Ellie was keen to get back into the social swing of things.

Strutting her stuff in West Hollywood, the Hereford-born star certainly looked every inch the pop siren as she arrived at the A-List haunt in West Hollywood.

Showing off her tanned and gym-honed legs to the max, Ellie slipped into a pair of tiny leather hot pants.

She teamed the racy shorts with a sheer black top, though she added a seasonal spin to her look by wearing a black jacket with three-quarter length sleeves.

Ellie rounded her look off with a pair of sky-high stiletto boots in black, which featured fringed detailing.

Keeping her look simple yet chic, Ellie added a smattering of jewellery to her ensemble as well as a Yves Saint Laurent bag.

Wearing her long blonde locks loose and in tumbling waves down past her shoulders, the singer allowed her tresses to frame her face.

She opted for a pale palette of make-up which complemented her pale skin-tone.

And previously told Look magazine about how her health regime has helped to transform her figure.

'Before, I had a flat bum, no boobs and not much shape. I'm way more womanly now. I'm a bit more confident with my body.' the Burn singer confessed.
