So it's little wonder Hilaria Baldwin described herself as a 'tired mommy' when she shared an Instagram snap of herself breastfeeding her six-week-old baby boy Leonardo on Wednesday.

The 32-year-old yoga expert and author usually has boundless energy, frequently taking time out of her busy life to post snaps of herself in various yoga poses round New York City.

But Alec Balwin's beautiful wife may finally be feeling the strain of looking after their children, Carmen, three, Rafael, two, and Leonardo who was born on September 12.

The brunette, who hails from Mallorca in Spain, wore a cosy grey sweatshirt as her little cutie snuggled up to her breast in a blue and white striped onesie.

Earlier this week, she shared an Instagram snap of herself carrying Leo on her front with Carmen and Rafael strapped safely in to a double stroller.

The 58-year-old actor also has daughter Ireland, 21, from his previous marriage to Kim Basinger.
