Braless Lara Stone suffers a wardrobe malfunction as she flashes her Spanx in a perilously plunging black dress at Mayfair dinner party

She usually plays it safe in the style stakes.

But Lara Stone, 32, opted for a rather risque number to attend Edward Enninful's VIP dinner in Mark's Club, Mayfair on Thursday night, donning a perilously plunging black dress.

The model showed off a little more than she bargained for in the low-cut number, narrowly avoiding spilling out of her dress before flashing her Spanx as she exited her taxi.

Lara was joined by fellow model Irina Shayk, 30, also showcasing plenty of cleavage in a similar slinky number.

The two dresses were knee-length with long sleeves, but Irina's fabric had a satin sheen, while Lara's matte number clinched at the waist and was embellished with a belt.

Irina upped the glam stakes with a Sophie Hulme gold and black Milner clutch, and black heels with chunky metallic detailing. Lara was more subtle with a plain black clutch and coordinated heels.

The Russian beauty tied her brunette locks back from a middle parting, while Lara let her blonde tresses fall freely over her shoulders.

Irina decorated her eyes with a peach shadow and opted for a similar tone on her plump lips. Mother-of-one Lara favoured dark eyeliner and pale pink lips.

Inside the plush venue, Irina looked to be having a blast as she posed with fashion trailblazer Enninful, who organised the event to celebrate being made an OBE earlier in the day.

It was an occasion to see and be seen as the likes of Madonna, Naomi Campbell and Winnie Harlow were also in attendance.

This year alone, Irina has covered Vogue Turkey, Vogue Japan, and Vogue Germany, and in the past has taken the front of the brand's Mexico, Spain, and Brazil publications.

Lara split from husband David Walliams in February 2015 - who she has three-year-old son Alfred with - after six years together.

Since being single, Lara went public with one boyfriend in February; a fellow model Andrew Gray.

But things seemed to fizzle out fast since she stopped posting about the hunk not long after their Instagram debut.

She also seemed to be getting close to 19-year-old Australian Jordan Barrett in May when they were pictured cosying up after the Vogue 100 Gala.

But most recently, she appeared smitten with wealthy art dealer Helly Nahmad after sightings on numerous London dates.
