The Real Housewives of New York City's Jules Wainstein hasn't yet divorced husband Michael, and the venture capitalist is now facing another legal battle.

According to New York Daily News, the Private Capital Group principal scammed $26,700 of rent from a prominent film composer for a condo in The Apthorp building.

The historic West 79th Street building has been home to celebrities like Al Pacino and Nora Ephron.
