  • Million Dollar Listings' David Parnes, 34, is planning a giant blow-out of a wedding and honeymoon with his fiancée, interior designer Adrian Abnosi
  • The LA-based British hunk and his soon-to-be bride are also prepping move into a new home, which they've designed together
  • Parnes made his name selling homes to Hollywood's finest, including Hustler founder Larry Flynt, director Michael Bay and Kris Humphries
  • Parnes and Abnosi will be married on July 23 at the Villa Ephrussi de Rothschild in Cap Ferrat, France
  • The guest list features 150 friends and family members who will party all night at an event featuring a late-night dinner, band, DJ and fireworks
  • Afterward, he says, he plans to continue the party with friends on the Greek island of Mykonos before taking off on a three-week honeymoon

He's the British hunk who made his name selling mega-mansions to Hollywood's finest – but Million Dollar Listing's David Parnes says he still gets star-struck from time to time.

'Oh God! If I could work with any celebrity on the planet, it would have to be Al Pacino,' he raves in an exclusive interview with DailyMail.com.

'He is the coolest guy on the planet as far as I'm concerned. I would like to work with Pacino just because he is my idol. Just to be able to work with him – and get him a good deal!'

Getting a good deal for clients is what motivates the 34-year-old star of Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles, he says.

Engaged to LA interior designer Adrian Abnosi, 31, Parnes, who hails from London's upmarket Hampstead (newest resident Justin Bieber) is planning a giant blow-out of a wedding and honeymoon and is about to move into a new home with his bride-to-be..

'It's a modern house and it's got 23ft double height ceilings in the main entry,' he says.'It's in West Hollywood, so it's near the Grove which is becoming more of a family area.

'Adrian and I have been working together - I've got some experience of building houses because this is the fifth house I've built but she's incredible at the finishes - the furniture and putting things in the right place.

'I think it's pretty cool. I've got a $250,000 staircase in there, which is pretty extravagant but I adore it.

'I saw it in a $5,000,000 house two years ago, took a picture of it and I was like, I will have that staircase and now I do. I'm quite proud of myself.'

When complete, the new home will be decked out in soothing neutrals ('lots of white and gray') with pink furniture and artwork that wouldn't look out of place in the home of one of his multi-millionaire clients.

'We've put a heavy, good expensive marble around all of the fireplaces - we've got three,' he explains.

'But we've also used mirrors as well and then what's really going to jazz it up in a subtle way is the furniture. So there will be pink accents.

'Then we've just bought a piece of art, a Retna, just one piece and that's going to go above the staircase.'

Retna is currently Tinseltown's favorite artist, a graffiti specialist whose works go for up to $98,000 a pop.

But Parnes' own spending is more than eclipsed by that of his clients who include Hustler Gentlemen's Club founder Larry Flynt, Transformers director Michael Bay and Kim Kardashian's ex-husband Kris Humphries.

The LA-based Brit and his soon-to-be bride (pictured right with both of their sisters) are also prepping the move into their new home, which they've designed together

Humphries splashed out a cool $6,495,000 on a relatively modest three-bedroom home in Beverly Glen, a neighborhood in Los Angeles, California, albeit one with a large pool, spectacular views of downtown LA and Catalina Island, and a trio of marble-clad bathrooms.

Parnes is currently representing Manny Mashouf, the founder of fashion brand Bebe, as he attempts to offload his Holmby Hills mansion - a snip at $39,995,000.

For that, the new owner gets eight bedrooms, 13 bathrooms, a pool and more than 20,000sqft to spread out in.

But according to Parnes, homes that size aren't uncommon. 'Define massive because I'm too used to dealing with big houses,' he chuckles.

He says: 'I've seen quite a few amazing houses but one of the most impressive was certainly Villa Fleur de Lys which was the house that sold last year [for $102,000,000 on Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles].

'Just the approach was absolutely beautiful, the way the house was positioned on that lot. You'd just see it appear down a long, long driveway.

'The construction was absolutely breath-taking and I will not forget it in a long, long time. It was definitely one of the most impressive I've seen.

'Then there was a property in Malibu which sits on 15 acres, incredible views, it has its own golf course on it and then a beautiful Mediterranean house which was about 22,000sqft - that's got to be one of the most amazing houses I've seen as well. There's been a couple of them.'

He adds: 'To be honest, I've seen quite a few.'

One of those homes was the Playboy Mansion which was sold for $100million in August by Parnes' company Bond Street Partners.

On that occasion, the agent in charge was Mauricio Umansky – the husband of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, Kyle Richards, 47.

But while the property brought in an eye-watering fee - even though Hugh Hefner remains in the home and will live there until his death - Parnes says he wouldn't be surprised if the home is later torn down.

'Will someone tear it down? Very possibly,' he says, matter-of-factly. 'The décor is what it is.

'It's a piece of history but based on the age of the property, it would be a complete remodel and you'd probably want a bigger house there to maximize the value or you could just start from scratch again.

'It's really about the value of the land.'

Had he been the one going to the listing interview with Hefner, he would, he says, have approached the sometimes thorny issue of décor.

'If I was going to a listing interview with Hugh Hefner, I would imagine I would delicately…,' he trails off bashfully.

What he is referring to is his now famous approach to getting a house sold - and his mantra - 'de-personalize, de-clutter and keep it neutral'.

This is the formula, he says, that has led to such success in property sales - that and having a nose for the sort of property Hollywood's most famous like best.

'I would definitely say that if you're working for a celebrity who is looking to buy a house, they are more conscious of security and privacy and location,' he explains.

'It's interesting because if celebrities are looking for a house, they're almost drawn to locations that other celebrities live in.

'I know this sounds ridiculous but it's almost like a stamp of approval for the lifestyle. A great example of that would be Calabasas where a lot of celebrities live (among them the Kardashian clan) because it's a gated community, so it's private, it's safe.

'You're set away from the city which is nice because they're probably not going to be papped the whole time.

Parnes and Abnosi are planning their wedding together, which will be on July 23 at the Villa Ephrussi in Cap Ferrat, France

'You do get some celebrities in Venice [Beach] as well because that's quite a cool, hip area but they [stars] do like gated communities, so really, any new gated community could well attract celebrities just because of the fact that they're safe and secure.'

Parnes, who is fast becoming something of a celebrity himself, also counts a number of A-list names among his friends - not least British comedian James Corden, on whose show he has appeared.

The skit, screened on the Late Late Show in March, saw him attempt to flog a $20million home to Tyga with the help of Corden but to no avail ('Oh God, I tried!').

On the subject of whether the Compton rapper, 26, and fellow Londoner Corden, 38, will be at his upcoming wedding, Parnes lips are sealed.

But he is happy to reveal further details of his upcoming nuptials, which, he reveals, will take place at the Villa Ephrussi de Rothschild in Cap Ferrat, France.

'I think it was the most ridiculous venue we'd ever seen,' beams Parnes, who says he and his fiancée also considered castles in Italy's Capri and Florence.

'It's got the ocean on both sides and was built by one of the Rothschilds [the British banking dynasty] and she [Beatrice de Rothschild] died in 1936.

'She didn't have any children so she left it to the state [France] so it's a museum now and you can have your wedding there.

'We just fell in love - I think it's probably the best place I've ever seen in my life. I've seen a lot of real estate but this was amazing. So that's where we're doing it. In July, July 23 next year.'

Although fiancée Adrian, to whom he proposed in Capri after three years of dating last summer, is in charge of the décor -'she loves pink shades but she'll find a way to make it warm too,' he says - Parnes says he will be providing a party for the 'intimate' gathering of 150 guests.

After the wedding, the couple have plans to continue the party with friends on the Greek island of Mykonos before taking off on a three-week honeymoon

'What we're going to do is have a band, a DJ and fireworks and then we're literally going to party all night,' he says.

'The dinner doesn't start until 10pm and the idea is to go until 5 in the morning – that's the idea.'

Afterward, he says, he plans to continue the party with friends on the Greek island of Mykonos before taking off on a three-week honeymoon that will include Paris and Capri, as well as other locations as yet undecided.

'We'll go off for three weeks and just try and do as many cool places in Europe as possible and then we will head back and start a family. I'm not getting any younger here!' he says.

One part of life he has no plans to change, however, is his home. In the last season of Million Dollar Listing, he was seen being persuaded to sell his newly built house by business partner James Harris.

Not this time. 'I don't think he [James] would dare tell me to sell this one,' says Parnes. 'I think he knows he was right to tell me to sell the last one though.

'The market was hot and we made a good profit, and obviously, I got to build another house which is going to be finished in three weeks.

'James is more excited for us to move into this one - he sees the work and time we put into it and it's just nice.

'I love to barbecue, Adrian and I love to entertain, so I guess from that perspective, he's probably looking forward to coming round for barbecues, lunches and dinners, breakfast, whatever he wants to do.

'But I'm not moving out - this time I'm thinking at least two years.'
