Nina Agdal makes Leonardo DiCaprio 'very happy' and their romance is more than just a fling, according to insiders.

A source close to the 41-year-old actor, who's been linked to a string of super models in years past, said the Sports Illustrated cover girl, 24, is 'different' and 'Leo seems very into her', People magazine reports.

This comes just as the Danish beauty was spotted enjoying a solo outing sans make-up in head-to-toe grey in New York City on Tuesday.

Nina and the Oscar winner, who've dated since the summer but are linked all the way back to 2014, appear to be getting serious.

'He constantly holds her hand and kisses her,' People's source said.

While there is a 17-year age gap - Leo will celebrate his 42nd birthday on November 11 - People's source said, 'Nina has a goofy personality but is mature for her age.'

'For Leo she's a breath of fresh air,' the insider added.

The following year, she graced the cover of the 50th anniversary Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue alongside Chrissy Teigen and Lily Aldridge.

Meanwhile, Leonardo and Nina are thought to have begun dating in June after they were spotted together in Montauk, New York.
