Lady Gaga and Taylor Kinney are 'talking every day about giving it a second chance'... amid speculation he is dating another woman

Lady Gaga and Taylor Kinney may have dissolved their engagement in July, but rumour has it there may be a reunion in the works.

On Wednesday, Life & Style quoted a source who dished that 'Gaga and Taylor are talking every day about giving it a second chance.'

However, the same day, Page Six reported Kinney's begun a new relationship with a South Philadelphia woman called Alanna DiGiovanni.

He and Gaga had struck up their romance in 2011 after meeting on the set of her Yoü and I music video, and he'd proposed last February.

One of the central problems with their relationship was the Poker Face singer's 'trust issues,'  which popped up somewhat predicatably when her paramour was off filming his NBC drama series according to a source.

As another insider divulged to Life & Style over the summer: 'Gaga would constantly call Taylor on the set of Chicago Fire, and even made friends with crew members so she could basically spy on him. He got fed up.'

These days, though, the source who floated the 'second chance' has claimed: 'Gaga told Taylor that she knows that she has trust issues and she admits she needs to give him his space.'

The New York City native's also 'told Taylor that she’s making sure she’s 100 percent ready to be in a mature, loving relationship without the jealousy and control issues.'

For his part, the 35-year-old 'has missed Gaga terribly' and 'wants to make things work. They both feel like their love is worth it,' the Life & Style source insisted.

Page Six' starkly contradictory line is that Kinney and his new Philadelphia flame have gotten close enough to holiday together in Austin for the Formula One race.

On Saturday night, the Zero Dark Thirty star and the former bottle-waitress reportedly even swung by the Austin performance of one of Gaga's fellow pop star blondes: Taylor Swift. It was Swift's only full concert in 2016.

A source gossiped to Page Six that the Thomas Jefferson University Hospital worker 'is head over heels. He’s told her he’s planning to visit her in Philly; maybe as soon as this weekend.'

When the A-YO singer addressed their breakup on Instagram three months ago, she hinted that their separation might be temporary.

Next to a black and white photo of them strolling down a hall with their arms about each other's shoulders, she called herself and Kinney 'soulmates.'

'Just like all couples we have ups and downs, and we have been taking a break,' she wrote. 'We are both ambitious artists, hoping to work through long-distance and complicated schedules to continue the simple love we have always shared.'

The Perfect Illusion singer, who released her latest album Joanne on October 21st, concluded: 'Please root us on. We're just like everybody else and we really love each other.' 

When she'd dropped by The Howard Stern Show this Monday, she'd called herself and her ex-fiancé 'very close' and said: 'We love each other. That's it.'

She'd also joked that 'I'm not gonna, like, f***ing throw a party' once he finds himself in the arms of another woman.
