Her twins Nelson and Eddy with the late Rene Angelil turned six on Sunday.

And this week Celine Dion treated the boys and their elder brother Rene-Charles, 15, with a day out at Disneyland.

On Thursday she posted a funny photo of the four of them to her Instagram showing them pulling scared faces as their ride is about to disappear into a shark's open mouth.

It's been a tough year for the singing superstar, 48, who lost both her husband René and her brother Daniel to cancer.

Rene passed away age 73 on January 14 and Daniel died just two days later at the age of 59.

But clearly she and her boys are determined to keep their spirits up and move forward as they showcased their close bond during the theme park visit.

Celine even got a big hug from a Disney castmember dressed as Oswald The Lucky Rabbit as she spent time touring the attractions along with a bodyguard and personal photographer to snap mementos for the family album.

She also stopped for a break and was seen enjoying a corn dog with one of the twins, and rubbing noses affectionately with the youngster.

She wore her dark blonde hair styled into an elegant chignon as she wore matching dark blue slacks and buttoned shirt.

The mother-of-three seemed to be having a blast as she and her sons took in some of Disneyland's most beloved rides.

She showed off a smile and pulled funny faces as she spun around and around in a tea cup with one of her twins beside her.

She also threw her arms in the air as she sat beside one of her sons on Dumbo the Flying Elephant.

Despite her year of heartbreak, Celine made sure everyone had a great time at the happiest place on earth and was spotted pulling funny faces as she spun around in a twirling tea cup
