And Christina Ricci chanelled her old character by wearing a striking black dress to the Fashion Group International's Night Of Stars gala in New York on Thursday.

The Hollywood beauty seemed to be having a great time flaunting her fantastic figure as she posed on the red carpet.

For she was joined by sexy Girls star Zosia Mamet, 28, who looked as good as ever in a sheer top, white trousers and a fur jacket.

Zelda Fitzgerald and her Great Gatsby-penning husband are renowned as icons of the glamorous Jazz Age, but their marriage was plagued by wild drinking and infidelity, while her own attempt at becoming an author proved disastrous.
