X Factor lovebirds Emily Middlemas and Ryan Lawrie stay at each other's side as the contestants hit the stage for Fright Night rehearsals
They recently set the record straight by denying they had sex in the X Factor house.
And young lovebirds Emily Middlemas, 18, and Ryan Lawrie, 20, put on an united front as they stayed close to each other during rehearsals for the ITV show at Fountain Studios in London on Friday.
Gearing up for the weekend's live shows - which are appropriately Fright Night themed with Halloween around the corner - the contestants seemed keen to throw themselves into the spirit of things as they sang their hearts out on the stage.

The song choices were released on Friday, with a suitable selection of spook-tacular hits set to be performed on Saturday night's show.
With choreographer Brian Friedman overseeing the proceedings, he put the aspiring singers through their paces as they rehearsed the opening number.
Groups judge Louis Walsh was also in attendance, and set to work offering 5 After Midnight and 4 Of Diamonds some words of wisdom.

Both will no doubt be hoping to win over the audience with their performances, as the couple of eight months recently admitted their biggest concern was being separated in the competition.

'Ryan is the most loyal boyfriend I could ever wish to have.'

'It’s disgusting that someone would make up something like that, especially when we’re so young and just starting out in our careers.
'It was horrible for my family to read something like that, too.'
