Donald Trump has such a propensity to file lawsuits that lawyers are afraid he'll sue them - over the fact he files lawsuits.

Trevor Noah pointed out just how ridiculous this statement sounds on The Daily Show last night.

'You do realize that I cannot make a joke about that,' he said. 'Because that would be the joke I would make.'

'This is why I can't wait for this election to end,' he added. 'Donald Trump lives the jokes we are trying to create.’

Noah was discussing the fact that the Republican presidential nominee is threatening to sue the women who accused him of sexual assault. 

In the clip, he suggests that we actually should not be surprised since Trump has a long history of filing lawsuits.

'Trump sues so many people he's probably got platinum medallion status at the courthouse,' Noah added.
