It has been three years since she wore blackface to attend a Halloween party as Crazy Eyes from Orange Is The New Black.

And it seems that this year, Julianne Hough is determined not to offend anyone with her costume.

The 28-year-old was one of several stars in attendance at the UNICEF Halloween Masquerade Ball in Los Angeles on Thursday.

Julianne was almost unrecognisable in a bright pink wig and large sunglasses covering much of her face.

The dancer and actress did however show off plenty of her ample cleavage - and her bra - in a black lace bodysuit.

Julianne also wore orange tapered trousers, chunky black ankle boots and a white furry jacket.

The Dancing With The Stars judge finished off her look with dark red lipstick.

Julianne apologised on Twitter after she was slammed for wearing blackface for her 2013 Halloween costume.

'I am a huge fan of the show ‘Orange is the New black,’ actress Uzo Aduba, and the character she has created,' she wrote.

'It certainly was never my intention to be disrespectful or demeaning to anyone in any way. I realize my costume hurt and offended people and I truly apologize.'

Also in attendance at the party on Thursday was The Hills star Whitney Port, who decided to go without a costume.

Instead, the 31-year-old displayed her long legs and flat stomach in a sequined silver bow top and gold mini-skirt from Milin.

Meanwhile Katrina Bowden dressed up her simple black frock with a pair of cute cat ears. 

Other guests at the bash were Renee Olstead and Vanessa Marano, who wore masks and flowing black dresses.
