On Friday, the 34-year-old sat on a panel for the membership-driven 2016 S.H.E. conference in New York.

Clarkson added a fitted gray blazer, a statement necklace and a smart looking large-face watch.

She finished the look with a large pair of diamond earrings.

The Grammy winning artist looked glowy, just months after giving birth to her second child.
