Kim Kardashian was held at gunpoint when she was robbed in Paris last month.

Now her sister Khloe has come under fire for sharing an image of an eye-watering diamond ring after many blamed Kim's robbery on her penchant for flashing her wealth on social media, including the jewels she had seized. 

The 32-year-old left fans stunned as she showed off a stack of rings on her ring finger as she held hands with Tristan Thompson, where many sparked engagement speculation while others blasted her and claimed she will be robbed next.

When Khloe shared the image of her hand placed over Tristan's, fans immediately spied that she was sporting the eye-popping jewels on her engagement finger. 

And while many delightedly asked if she was set to marry for a second time, others slammed the star for her blatant display of wealth after Kim's ordeal. 

In the midst of Paris Fashion Week, the showbiz world was left aghast as news surfaced that Kim had been tied up and put in a bathtub while robbers dressed as police seized millions of dollars worth of jewels. 

Sources claimed the ordeal came as a wake-up call to the entire Kardashian clan as they reportedly decided to pare-down their garish displays of wealth to help protect themselves.

Before posting the image on Wednesday, the star had been courtside to watch her beau and his team Cleveland Cavaliers season opener against the New York Knicks in Ohio.

The home game was a big moment for Tristan who - along with the rest of last season's team - was presented with giant jewel-encrusted championship ring.

After the Cavs took down the Knicks 117 - 88, the couple headed home together and Khloe snapped a picture of them holding hands in the car with a love heart in the caption.

In the snap, the 25-year-old NBA star is wearing his ring on his right hand but Khloe is also wearing a stack of three diamond rings with colourful ring featuring the Cvas logo on it on her left hand and on her wedding ring finger.

The picture was enough to send her fans into meltdown, wondering if she had got engaged.

Khloe stepped out to the game wearing a pair of thigh high snakeskin boots a white T-shirt dress and giant green fur-trimmed re-imagined army jacket.

Khloe and Tristan have only been dating for a little while - with their romance first confirmed last month - but things are moving fast with the pair, just not as fast as they rings had people thinking.

'Khloe has been spending a lot of time in Cleveland with Tristan,' a source told People magazine.

'She's very supportive of him, and they are getting serious. They really dig each other a lot, and she's planning to spend more and more time out there with him.' 

The relationship comes as the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star finally moves on from her first marriage to Lamar Odom.

The star first filed to dissolve her marriage to Lamar in December 2013 but put proceedings on hold last year after the 36-year-old sportsman suffered near-fatal overdose in October 2016.

But she refiled for divorce earlier this year and now the two have reached a property settlement.

They filed legal documents on Friday, meaning they just need a judge to sign off on the paperwork to make their split official.

Under Californian law the divorce won't be finalised until December as it takes six months from the time of filing for the paperwork to be officially signed off.
