Taylor Swift's Halloween bash created plenty of social media buzz but, according to Gigi Hadid, it was really just a casual girls' night at her friend's house.

The 21-year-old model made her first appearance on the Today show on Wednesday morning and Matt Lauer couldn't help but ask about her about the Halloween celebration.

'Halloween was really cool. We were all working, so my friend had just a little girls' night at her house,' Gigi explained. 'We had like chips and guacamole and pizza.'

Guests at the 26-year-old singer's high-profile party included Martha Hunt, Lily Donaldson, Camila Cabello, and Kennedy Rayé, who all dressed up as something different.

And while Gigi made waves with her cub scout costume, she admitted that she originally planned to go as something different.

'I had a really, really intense costume planned and then I was like maybe I'll save it,' she said. 'So, then I found a cub scout shirt in Japan at a vintage store and I made a costume out of it.'

During the segment, Matt pulled out her recent covers for Vogue, Harper's Bazaar, W, and the Wall Street Journal Magazine, and Gigi joked: 'It looks like my mom's living room on this table.'

Vamp it up in velvet with Gigi's Frame Denim trousers

Gigi gave us her best cowgirl Jessie look as she arrived at Taylor Swift's Halloween party last night but not without a little help from her high-fashion friends. Ahem, Frame Denim.

These green, velvet cropped trousers are bang on trend for Fall, and just the inspiration we were looking for with our winter wardrobes.

It's that sumptuous hue and texture that would look great dressed up with high-heeled ankle boots and a tucked in blouse for a look that transitions from office to evening.

'It's amazing,' she said of her success. 'I get to work with the people that I've looked up to my whole life.

'People ask what's my favorite cover, but each one has so much experience and such a story behind where we were shooting and who I was with,' she explained. 'So, I love them all for difference reasons.'

Gigi went on to dish about her rapid rise to fame and what it is really like to be hailed an 'It' girl.

'Obviously, it is an honor to be called that,' she admitted, but there will never be any diva-like behavior on one of her photoshoots.

Down to Earth: Gigi said that she feels honored to be considered an 'It' girl, but noted that it is important for her to be someone who people want to work with

'Something that I have just really paid attention to is just being someone that people like to work with,' Gigi explained.

'I think if you really touch someone on a personal level, then they will be the ones that are fighting for you the next day at a meeting or pushing for you for a certain campaign and that is just something that I try to stick to.'

The supermodel, who is the face of Stuart Weitzman's Fall 2016 campaign, teamed up with the designer to create a limited-edition namesake boot, and on Wednesday she wore the lace-up booties for her Today show appearance.

Gigi paired the metallic boots with a black boxy top and a tulip-shaped skirt with a slit, looking every bit like the edgy model that she is.

The boots come in three colors and retail for $565 for the metallic styles and $598 for the croco embossed leather version.

At the end of the segment, Gigi discussed her design and explained that part of the proceeds from her eponymous boot design will go towards the non-profit Pencils of Promise, as Stuart Weitzman has committed to building three schools, one in Guatemala, Ghana, and Laos.

During her appearance, Gigi posed for photos with Today anchor Savannah Guthrie and fellows guests, Dr. Oz, Martha Stewart, and chef John Besh.

Martha and John whipped up a Thanksgiving meal, which Gigi happily ate, but after her appearance, it was back to work for the model, who headed to her fitting for the 2016 Victoria's Secret show in Paris.
