Brielle Biermann and little brother KJ seek to follow in famous footsteps of mum Kim Zolciak on Don't Be Tardy

Kim Biermann's children followed in her footsteps toward the entertainment industry on Wednesday's episode of Don't Be Tardy.

Brielle, 19, hoped to be a face on an entertainment news show in Los Angeles, while Kim and husband Kroy lined up meetings with casting agents for four-year-old KJ.

'KJ has just got that X factor,' Kim said. 'Some people are blessed with being athletic, some people are blessed with looks. I feel like KJ's probably just blessed with it all.'

Kim took Brielle and KJ on a trip to Los Angeles to help them make some showbiz connections.

To prepare for the trip, Brielle read subtitles aloud from the television, as if reading from an teleprompter, while Kim quizzed KJ about what he wants to be when he grows up.

The mother-of-six, however, was less than impressed when her flame-haired son declared he wanted to be a chef.

'A chef?' she asked. 'No you don't.'

'KJ, when you're an actor, you're pretending to do something. That's what acting is,' she encouraged him.

The four-year-old remained unimpressed and suggested: 'Let's go back and play pool.'

'He's definitely taking after me,' Kim insisted while her husband laughed. 'There's no doubt.'

'What's not to love about LA? I love the weather, the beach, the shopping. I would totally fit in here,' she said.

As the teenager tucked into a burger in the car, KJ cheekily commented: 'Could you just slow down on the food? It's going to make you fat.'

Kim told the camera: 'Brielle needs to stop eating. What do they call it? That freshman 15. Although she's not in college.'

During the trip to LA, Kim met with her fragrance team at Benchmark Cosmetic Labs and picked out coconut-lime for her new scent.

She said: 'Everybody has a difference of opinion, but the only opinion that matters with the scent is mine. This guy. So it has to be perfect. The minute I smell it, I'm going to know it.

'This is the perfect scent. It smells exactly like the beach, which this girl f***ing loves. If Kroy was here, he would love it too,' Kim said.

The episode also saw Kim and Brielle revealing their fear of elevators as they took the stairs to their hotel room.

'I don't take elevators. She doesn't either,' Kim said, pointing at Brielle. 'We got stuck in one together.'

Brielle agreed: 'We don't f*** with elevators. I don't even take the elevator in my house.'

Kim added: 'Me neither, never. You should put penthouses on the first floor.'

Kroy, meanwhile, was seen undergoing 'dry needling' at the hands of a physio therapist.

After hearing him yell out in pain, Kim said: 'I think I have a higher pain tolerance than you because if you had one baby…'

'Try going on a f***ing NFL field and getting hit,' Kroy said.

'You're built for it,' Kim insisted.

'You're a woman. You're built for it,' Kroy retaliated. 'Your hips spread apart and stuff don't they?'
