Farrah Abraham is called an 'a** clown' and 'garbage' for plugging weight-loss tea containing a laxative alongside daughter Sophia

Farrah Abraham has a knack for doing inappropriate things with her young daughter Sophia.

And the Teen Mom OG star was at it again on Tuesday as she shared an Instagram photo with the seven-year-old while plugging a tea that claims to help with weight loss. 

Because the 25-year-old reality diva's child was drinking from a travel mug, it was suggested the little one was consuming the tea, which contains a laxative.

Is she giving her daughter weight loss tea? Farrah Abraham shocked her followers on Tuesday when she plugged a tea containing a laxative on Instagram

The tea claims it can 'help reduce bloating, support your metabolism and increase energy to help flatten your tummy.'

Farrah's caption read: 'Teatime @flattummytea @sophialabraham & I - after all that candy.'

Farrah is all made up for the promo shot with her long, highlighted locks in a ponytail and her face full glammed with arched eyebrows, long layered lashes and pink lipstick.

The MTV favorite wore a black tank top and displayed manicyred nails.

Sophia had on a pink shirt with her long locks down. The two were in their kitchen of the singe mother's home.

Several of Abraham’s followers did not like the post.

Another called out the star's parenting skills.

'This woman's parents clearly failed at raising her. She clearly has no respect for them, her daughter and herself,' added mommy.2.aj.

Another follower called Abraham an 'ass clown' and 'garbage,' and said Sophia will need 'intense therapy.' 

But some fans didn't think it was a big deal.

The early years: In 2009 Farrah was cast in 16 And Pregnant which documented the pregnancies and first months of motherhood for several young women. Here she is seen on the show in 2011

Aurilees_mommiSmh added: 'People care too much about what other people do with their kids so tf what if she gave the girl some tea... for all y'all know she just took the picture with her mom.'

'I'm not going to bash Farrah because in reality no one knows what's in her cup,' wrote Kaylamarie010I.  

UsWeekly contacted Farrah to ask her what was in the mug.

'She has strawberry milk and I have my tea,' said the TV icon.

'She wanted to take a pic like that, so no, my daughter does not have tea in her cup.'

Khloé and Kourtney Kardashian also promote the tea.

In 2009 Farrah was cast in 16 And Pregnant which followed several women as they went from pregnancy to new moms.

Later that year she was cast in the spin-off series Teen Mom, which ended in 2012. 

In 2013, Abraham gained notoriety after the release of the 'sex tape' Farrah Superstar: Backdoor Teen Mom, in which she appeared with adult-film star James Deen. Its sequel was Farrah 2: Backdoor And More.

Last year she joined the spin-off series Teen Mom OG, which airs on MTV Mondays at 9 pm ET.
