Nick Jonas showed off the chiselled fruits of his hard labour on Thursday.

The 24-year-old has been filling his Instagram with videos of his workouts for weeks, and it certainly seems to be paying dividends.

'Play hard. Work harder,' he captioned the shot that didn't show his face, and frankly, who cares?

The ladies - and gents - had plenty to feast their eyes on his muscular torso alone, as he hooked his thumb tantalizingly in the waistband of his shorts.

It is surprising the singer has time to workout at all, having just completed a 47-date tour with Demi Lovato just a fortnight ago.

But find time they did; in fact one of Nick's most recent workout vids shows exactly what he and pal Demi did on the road to work out.

The Levels hitmaker relied on a lot of boxing drills, while his Heart Attack co-headliner stuck to her beloved jiu jitsu.

'Gotta get creative on the road,' he revealed. 'Thankfully I do a lot of different styles of training, whether its just grabbing the gloves and going out into the parking lot.'

Tuesday is apparently Chest day for Nick, as he revealed just how he gets those biceps in statuesque shape in yet another vid.

Last week nick also used his social media platform to announce he was was uncle to yet another niece, after brother Kevin gave birth to a second little girl.

'I'm on set here in Hawaii but I just got the best news ever. My brother and his wife had their baby. I'm overjoyed!' he revealed from the set of Jumanji, where he is filming opposite Dwayne Johnson, Kevin Hart and jack Black.
