Taylor Swift is NOT pregnant despite surprise claims 'emotional and tired' singer is expecting first child

Taylor Swift is not having a baby contrary to a report published on Wednesday.

OK magazine ran a story on it's front cover with a 'Who's the dad?' caption next to an image of the Bad Blood star with a slightly rounded tummy.

But later the same day website Gossip Cop shot down the the rumours - which hinted that Taylor's ex Calvin Harris is the father - and confirmed that the 26-year-old singer is not pregnant.

Not expecting! Taylor Swift, pictured on October 23, is not pregnant despite a tabloid report on Wednesday which claimed the star is 'several months along'

OK claimed that while the star - who is currently single - is keeping quiet about the news, her recent behaviour has people convinced she's expecting.

The magazine claims one of Taylor's pals describes the singer as 'super emotional lately' and that she's been staying in a lot and avoiding alcohol.

They also point out the singer's recent weight gain which is 'totally out of character' and that she's eating 'twice the amount she normally does' and going to the gym less.

Seems pretty social! Sources suggested that because Taylor was staying in a lot and being super emotional that her friends were convinced she's pregnant. The star is pictured out in New York on October 13

'People are saying she's been feeling nauseated a lot' a source told OK.

Taylor has in fact been out on numerous occasions recently, in October she was photographed out with pals several times in one week.

She certainly doesn't seem to be slowing down as she also performed onstage during the Formula 1 US Grand Prix on October 22.

Another insider suggested to OK that the pregnancy must be an accident as the Grammy-winner 'wouldn't have planned to have a baby right now'

Prime suspects: OK speculated over Calvin or Taylor's ex Tom Hiddleston being the father of Taylor's child

The report adds that Taylor's friends aren't sure who the father would be, but their money is on Calvin, 32, after the duo apparently reunited late-summer after splitting in May.

'She called him a while back for an emotional chat that seems to have healed some wounds' an insider said.

The duo's split was amicable at first but quickly descended into something of a sideshow especially when Taylor caused a media storm by swiftly moving on to Tom Hiddleston.

Taylor dated the 35-year-old British actor from June until August with speculation rife that it was all for show.

Around the same time she claimed credit for Harris's song This Is What You Came For, despite suggesting she write it anonymously while they were together.

Calvin lashed out in series of angry tweets, insisting his ex would not 'bury' him 'like Katy' — dragging up her old feud with pop rival Perry.

Shortly thereafter Taylor was credited with co-writing the hit song which featured Rihanna as her name now appears on the credits instead of the pseudonym she first used, Nils Sjoberg.

Not slowing down: Taylor performed on stage at the Formula 1 US Grand Prix in Texas on October 22
