'I'm not 18': Kyle Sandilands claims 'bag of pills' at Hollywood Halloween party he attended with girlfriend Imogen Anthony was 'concrete discolouration'

Kyle Sandilands has denied claims made by New Idea that he and girlfriend Imogen Anthony's recent Halloween happy snap appeared to feature a 'bag of pills' in the background.

Slamming the report on KIIS FM's Kyle And Jackie O Show on Thursday, the 45-year-old said: 'Hello, we're not 18. Who takes pills? And there's nothing there.'

'I've gone to the original picture on Imogen's phone and gone: 'There's not even anything here,' he said, adding: 'There's some discolouration on the concrete'

His comments come after a series of snaps of Imogen and Kyle dressed up in costume for a Hollywood Halloween party hit social media.

But according to New Idea in one image, which was posted to Kyle & Jackie O's Instagram page on Tuesday, Imogen's scantily-clad figure was not the only thing that stood out. 

The magazine speculated that an object could be seen on a bench next to two cigarette packets behind the loved-up couple, appearing 'similar in appearance to a small plastic bag of pills.'

Daily Mail Australia at the time reached out to Kyle's management for a comment.

The loved-up couple, who share a 20 year age difference, mingled with other guests during their night out, including one of Imogen's gal pals who dressed up as Wednesday Addams from The Addams Family.

Other partygoers are also seen milling around in the background in Kyle and Imogen's social media snap.

Meanwhile, Imogen channelled Christina Aguilera from the pop star's famous Diirty film clip on the night, standing out in a revealing bikini, chaps and her hair in braids.

And the 25-year-old was not the only one wearing the costume for Halloween, as reality star Kylie Jenner also donned a near-identical ensemble.

Imogen laughed off the fashion faux pas, telling fans on social media she told the famous teen: ''I was like "oh hey girl... You look familiar"'.

Sharing a snap of herself to Instagram, Imogen explained the encounter in her post.

'Amazing night at the Roosevelt Halloween party watching Big Sean perform then Tyga & Kylie rocked up out the front as I was seeing Kyle off...,' she wrote about her boyfriend of five years, Kyle Sandilands.

'I was like "oh hey girl... You look familiar," Imogen said.

Kylie and rapper boyfriend Tyga had attended the star studded Halloween bash at nightclub Bootsy Bellows, where Tyga performed, but not the same party as Kyle and Imogen.
