Showing support: Anne Hathaway traveled through Philadelphia on Wednesday campaigning for Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton

Make a statement in Anne's DVF t-shirt

Anne Hathaway made a major political statement when she wore this graphic print t-shirt in support of Hillary Clinton while campaigning for the Presidential candidate in Philadelphia.

Her top was designed by Diane Von Furstenberg who made this tee to embrace Hillary being an assertive, powerful and direct kind of woman.

A top like this can be worn anywhere and isn't just restricted to the gym (Anne wore hers with a pair of black tuxedo pants), making it super versatile and a great investment. And the best part is, this is a part of history whether or not Hillary makes it into the White House!

This exact tee is still available with a click to the right for only $45. But if your heart isn't set on making such a politically charged statement, check out our alternatives below. Marc Jacobs' version is super cute but we love this steal from PrettyLittleThing as well.

The Academy Award-winning actress appeared as though she could have been one of the pupils herself.

Anne, who studied at NYU's Gallatin School, played the picture perfect role of a fellow student as she attempted to gain support from college-goers.

She donned the iconic Diane von Furstenberg designed tee with an illustration of a woman waving an HRC campaign flag that read: 'Proud to support Mme. President.'

The beauty parted her chestnut tresses down the centre and tucked neatly behind her ears for a younger look.

The Devil Wears Prada star threw her arms in the air while proudly demonstrating her support for the 69-year-old former Secretary of State.

Anne has consistently lent her name and fame to the cause as she performed last month at Stronger Together: Broadway for Hillary.

Meanwhile, Anne's co-stars, Sandra Bullock and Cate Blanchett were spotted on the New York set of their highly-anticipated film Ocean's Eight that same day.

The Les Misérables actress will also join an all-female powerhouse line-up also including Rihanna, Helena Bonham Carter, Mindy Kaling and rapper Awkwafina.

The Gary Ross-directed film is set to be released on June 8, 2018.
