Judge rules Chris Brown's stalker must stay away from him for five years

Chris Brown has finally secured protection from his stalker Danielle Patti, who invaded his home on three separate occasions.

According to TMZ, a judge ruled Wednesday that the 28-year-old trespasser must stay away from the 27-year-old Grammy winner, his Woodland Hills mansion, and his concerts for five years.

The uninvited house guest - who's currently in a mental hospital - claimed she had dated Brown and he harassed her on social media.
