Español Islas Libertad

Las islas Libertad son un archipiélago del mar de la China Meridional, localizado entre Filipinas y Vietnam. Consiste en un grupo de aproximadamente 100 arrecifes e islotes, rodeados por ricos bancos de pesca y yacimientos de gas natural y petróleo. Estas islas son conocidas por ser zona de un territorio en disputa entre varios países. La República Popular de China, la República de China y Vietnam reclaman la totalidad de las islas, mientras que Indonesia, Malasia y Filipinas reclaman parte del archipiélago. Estas cinco naciones han ocupado militarmente diversas islas como testimonio de su soberanía en la zona. Brunéi también ha ocupado algunos arrecifes del sur del archipiélago, pero no ha hecho una reclamación formal de éstos.

Filipino Kapuluan ng Kalayaan

Ang Kapuluan ng Kalayaan ay isang grupo ng mga pulo na nagtataglay ng mahigit-kumulang 100 maliliit na pulo na nasa Timog Dagat Tsina o Dagat Luzon. Hindi alam at pinagtatalunan ang hangganan ng kapuluan. Bahagi ito ng Palawan, at napapalibutan ito ng dagat na mayaman sa isda at mga malalaking deposito ng langis. Dahil dito, pinag-aagawan ito ng iba't ibang bansa. Ang mga bansang Republikang Popular ng Tsina (PRC), Republika ng Tsina (Taiwan), at Vietnam ay inaangkin ang kabuuan ng kapuluan, habang ang mga bansang Brunei, Malaysia, and Pilipinas ay inaangkin ang iba't ibang bahagi nito.

Indonesian Kepulauan Spratly

Kepulauan Spratly adalah gugus kepulauan di Laut China Selatan yang dipersengketakan beberapa negara di sekitarnya. Negara-negara yang mengajukan klaim tentunya bukan tergiur akan luas daratan kepulauan Spratly yang hanya 3 km persegi itu, melainkan potensi sumber daya alam yang terkandung di kawasan seluas hampir 2 kali pulau Jawa itu. Di bawah permukaan laut kepulauan tersebut disinyalir memiliki kandungan gas dan minyak bumi yang sangat besar, selain itu juga strategis sebagai pos-pos pertahanan militer.

Malay Kepulauan Spratly

Kepulauan Spratly terletak di Laut China Selatan berhampiran dengan Malaysia, Filipina , Vietnam, China dan Brunei. Ia terdiri daripada lebih 100 pulau kecil atau terumbu. Kepulauan ini menjadi punca sengketa terbaru antara negara-negara berdekatan. Pulau ini dikatakan berada di atas pentas benua yang mengandungi petroleum dan gas asli.

Quần đảo Trường Sa là một tập hợp nhiều đảo san hô, cồn cát/dải cát, rạn đá ngầm (trong đó có rất nhiều rạn san hô vòng), bãi cát ngầm/bãi cạn và bãi ngầm thuộc biển Đông, nằm rải rác từ 6°12' đến 12°00' vĩ Bắc và từ 111°30' đến 117°20' kinh Đông. Quần đảo này hiện đang trong tình trạng tranh chấp ở các mức độ khác nhau giữa sáu bên là Brunei, Đài Loan, Malaysia, Philippines, Trung Quốc và Việt Nam. Tất cả những nước tham gia tranh chấp này, trừ Brunei, đều có quân đội đồn trú tại nhiều căn cứ trên các đảo nhỏ và đá ngầm khác nhau.

南沙群岛,越南稱為長沙群島,西方國家普遍称其为斯普拉特利群岛,是南中国海中南海诸岛的四大群岛中分布最广,位置最南的群岛,地理上位于北纬4度到11度30分和东经109度30分到117度50分之间,有230多个岛屿、礁滩和沙洲,南北长500多海里,东西宽400多海里,总面积24.47万平方海里。岛屿陆地总面积不到3平方公里,主要岛屿有太平岛、南威岛、中业岛、郑和群礁、万安滩和曾母暗沙等。

The Spratly Islands is a disputed group of approximately 100 reefs and islets in the South China Sea. Part of the South China Sea Islands, the Spratly Islands is surrounded by rich fishing grounds and gas and oil deposits, whose true extent is unknown and disputed. The ► People's Republic of China (PRC), ► Republic of China, ► Philippines and ► Vietnam each claim sovereignty over the entire group of islands, while ► Brunei, and ► Malaysia each claim various parts. The ► Paracel Islands lies to the north.
