Playboy model Ashley Kirk has strongly denied she was ever in a relationship with Geoffrey Edelsten.

But the Melbourne businessman sensationally hit back on Saturday, claiming he has definitive PROOF their romance was genuine.

'She's a liar!' the 73-year-old told Daily Mail Australia, adding that he has 'many text messages' which confirm they were dating.

Despite their 47-year age gap, Geoffrey appeared to confirm they were dating in an interview with The Daily Telegraph last month.

'We have a lot in common and there is sensational chemistry between us,' said the wealthy Australian.

'She's gorgeous, articulate and fun and is attracted to me, I believe, because I've a lot to offer,' he added.

But following the comments, Ashley strongly denied she was romantically involved with Geoffrey - and demanded he apologise.

'He's made me look like a gold digger and I'm completely not. I'm upset about that. I never wanted money. I never said that,' she told the Herald Sun.

'I feel taken advantage of and I definitely feel used. I'm not going after a 73-year-old man. He's been going after me.'

In Ashley's version of events, Geoffrey first reached out by asking her to play one of his ex-wives in a film about his life.

She alleges he spoke about wanting to marry her before they had even met, but Geoffrey denied this to News Corp.

Geoffrey previously said he met Ashley, an adult model from Michigan, on a business trip to America several weeks ago.

It was believed Geoffrey met his ex-wife Gabi Grecko in New York City in 2015 under similar circumstances.

But Daily Mail Australia later confirmed they actually met on a 'Sugar Daddy' website which connects young women to rich older men.

Geoffrey says he met Ashley in Los Angeles but the circumstances are not yet clear.

New found stardom: Ashley has found considerable success as an adult model, and even posed naked for Playboy magazine and starred in a few Hollywood films

Meanwhile, Ashley is perhaps best known for posing nude for Playboy while studying for a degree at California State University.

Ashley also provided entertainment at Hugh Hefner's famous mansion as a 'body paint' model for around a year.

Like many LA-based models, it would seem she has undergone a breast enlargement in recent years as well as possible lip fillers.

More recently, Ashley has set her sights on a career in film acting, and already has several small speaking roles on her IMDB page.

She played a bikini-clad party girl in 2016 film Precious Cargo, and notably 'jiggled' her breasts for the camera in a comedic scene.

Elsewhere, she starred alongside Bruce Willis in action movie Vice, which was released last year.
