'I always look forward to having something other than what I'm eating leading up to a show. But it's a couple of months of my life, and it's so worth it so I'm willing to make that sacrifice to be able to walk with Victoria's Secret again.'

The newly married star previously told Daily Mail Australia that before landing the coveted runway gig last year, she was knocked back twice by the brand.

'The first year was because I wasn't in good enough shape and the second year I wasn't confident enough to pull it off,' she said.

She also added that she believes her figure wasn't in shape at that time because she only 'went to the gym once before the casting' and wasn't aware of the commitment that was needed.

Bridget revealed to DMA earlier this month that she doesn't like the term 'cheat meals' or 'cheat days,' when she gave some body confidence tips to women.

'I think it's about finding a way of eating that isn't a diet, that isn't restrictive, I hate the terms "cheat meals" and "cheat days," Bridget said.

She also insisted that it's as much about what's on the inside than just on the outside.

'You are the person that's inside and I think for women it's important to meditate and be happy and keep being interested in learning,' she explained.

'And realising, focusing on body - and time and attention on body - is pretty superfluous as to who you are as a human,' she added.
