She's the Grinch! Jennifer Aniston threatens holiday cheer in new sneak peek of comedy Office Christmas Party

It's one of the most anticipated films this holiday season, starring one of Hollywood's reigning queens of comedy: Jennifer Aniston.

A new sneak preview for the movie Office Christmas Party showcases Jen's comedy's chops in the Christmas-geared motion picture, as she slips into back into the role of a horrible boss.

This time, it's Carol, a domineering CEO looking to shutter a branch of the company run by her brother Clay, played by Silicon Valley star T.J. Miller.

Queen of comedy: Jennifer Aniston stars in the upcoming comedy Office Christmas Party, and  a new preview for the film was released Thursday

On the warpath: In the film, Jen plays Carol, a no-nonsense CEO looking to trim company fat

Task at hand: To save their jobs, (left) Josh (Jason Bateman) and Clay (T.J. Miller) must secure a huge account held by Walter Davis (played by Courtney B. Vance, right)

In the clip, Aniston charges into her brother's office and threatens to cancel the company Christmas party - and close the branch - unless Clay and his team, including his chief technical officer Josh (Jason Bateman) and Mary (Kate McKinnon), can obtain the business of Walter Davis, played by Courtney B. Vance, the Emmy-winning star of The People v. O.J. Simpson: American Crime Story.

'If by some miracle you can close Walter Davis and his $14 million account,' Carol said, 'your jobs are safe.'

The call to action inspires Clay to go over-the-top with the Yuletide bash in an attempt to go all-out in hopes of impressing their client Davis.

Wild ride: Miller's character  is seen sledding down a flight of stairs as party antics ensue

Strong cast: The film also features (Left to right) Olivia Munn, Vanessa Bayer and Kate McKinnon

Speechless: Jen, who's married to Justin Theroux, expresses her shock over the rowdy party

The antics ensue as Clay, clad in a Santa outfit, is seen sledding down a flight of stairs, yelling, 'Merry Christmas b----es,' before barreling into a nativity scene.

Naturally, the booze-fueled bash continues to grow in size, with Mary announcing to the huge crowd over a loudspeaker, 'Tonight, the decisions you make with have consequences that will haunt you for the rest of your professional lives!'

Rounding out the preview are car chases, guns pulled, with even the stodgy businessman Davis getting in on the act. The film co-stars Olivia Munn, Gotham's Jaime Chung and The Interview's Randall Park. Office Christmas Party hits theaters December 9.
