At just 340-square-foot, this two-person mobile home, is around the same size as a small New York studio apartment.
But the transportable abode on wheels - which starts from $65,000 (£53,259) - features solar panels, a composting toilet and water butt, allowing occupants to live completely off-grid.

Designed by Greenmoxie, a Canadian green-living lifestyle magazine, the tiny cabin is made from upcycle materials.
It is clad in cedar wood, which has been specially treated to protect it from the elements.
There is also an electric drawbridge which unfolds and turns into a deck to provide extra entertaining space.
Inside, reclaimed hardwood oak floors run the length of the home.
The main area features a galley kitchen, which flows into a living room.
Boxes under the sofas and a floor-to-ceiling bookshelf provide extra storage space.
Off the kitchen there is a bathroom, with a window above the toilet offering views out over the countryside and beyond. Inside the compact bathroom is a stand-up shower and hand sink.

The space is large enough for a double bed with room on either side for furnishings.
A port hole-style lookout and another narrow window behind the bedstead provide a natural source of light.

The cabin is mounted on a trailer platform, so that it can be towed along on cross-country trips. When the owner finds the perfect spot, electric brakes will ensure it doesn’t roll away in the middle of the night.
Currently, Greenmoxie is custom-building the two-person tiny house for clients in the Ontario, Canada area.
It's hoped that they will bring the mortgage-free, eco-friendly lodge to a wider audience soon.
