And Khloe Kardashian proudly showed off the fruits of her labours on Friday, as she took to her Snapchat page to document an intense outdoor workout.

The reality star, 32, filmed herself performing an array of squats, jumps and lunges for fans in a pair of lycra sports leggings - displaying her rounded derriere for all to see.
