Her man Tim Robards recently defended her against fans that forgot she's a criminal lawyer, despite often being in the media spotlight.

And it seems Anna Heinrich is paying no attention to any negative naysayers, as she holidays with former Bachelor Tim on the Gold Coast.

Stripping off to a nautical bathing suit on Sunday, the blonde beauty flaunted her enviable curves as she relaxed in an outdoor shower.

'Party in the shower,' Anna wrote alongside the Instagram snap.

She added: 'This had to be done!,' adding a water emoticon and adding hashtags including 'stripes on stripes,' 'party time' and 'Sunday funday.'

In the snap, she holds her hands up as she leans against the wall.

Her swimsuit is blue and white while the shower tiles are black and white.

In the image, the former TV star shows off a golden tan and has her long locks tied off her face into a bun.

At the weekend, she also showed off her toned physique in a blue and white bikini, as she reclined on a mint green vintage car.

She and Tim are enjoying a relaxing stay at the luxurious QT on the Gold Coast.

On Saturday, he shared a picture of his girl as she soaked up the sun by the pool.

He captioned the image, saying Anna surprised him with a short trip.

In the image, she wears a pair of dark tinted sunglasses and gazes at the crystal blue water.

He captioned the shot: 'Reflections of happiness...#deep This cheeky one is soooo (sic) nice she bought her boyfriend a trip for his bday, (sic) and made sure she bought a ticket for herself too hehe!'

Tim recently defended Anna to OK! Magazine, claiming fans forget the both have real jobs out of the spotlight, with Anna being a lawyer and he a chiropractor.

While Anna now has a lucrative modelling career, ambassador roles and a successful blog since winning the first season of The Bachelor, she was foremost a criminal lawyer.

Tim, obviously smitten with his chosen lady three years on, says he is proud of her for juggling her multiple career paths and is smarter than people think.

'She's an intelligent, smart girl and I think some people forget that she's a lawyer,' the fitness fanatic said.

He continued by describing her as a 'switched-on girl'.

Speaking to the Daily Mail Australia earlier this year she spoke about her decision to enter the matchmaking show and put her career as a criminal lawyer on hold.

'If anything, going on it would lessen my career in criminal law. The only real reason to go on was to find love.

'I had everything else to lose... But I love Tim. He’s the guy I’m meant to be with,' she said.
