Quite the show: The ex of Lamar Odom went braless in this nude leotard

Khloe - who has a consistent workout schedule - first shared motivational messages that push her to complete her exercises.

'You never regret a workout, but you always regret not going,' she wrote on the site, as one of the things she tells herself each day.

The reality star also shared how she works out twice a day before an upcoming event or photo shoot, and gives herself the OK if she misses the second time at the gym.

Writing: 'Recently, I flaked on my second workout because I just couldn't do it! I felt bad about it at first, but told myself, "I did it already today."'

Portion control: One of her techniques is dealing with her serious food cravings in moderation, in order to avoid binge eating later; pictured here on Friday

Gym rat: The 32-year-old star also makes it a habit to go to the gym every morning, sometimes twice a day before an upcoming event or photo shoot

The pretty blonde also dished about how she uses portion control when she is developing a food craving.

She wrote: 'I normally give myself what I crave, though—I just do it in moderation. I believe that if you want chocolate, go for it, but only have a handful...or else you're definitely going to binge later.'

And this is a technique that Khloe has been exercising for over a year as she spoke to People Magazine in 2015 about her weight loss saying: 'It’s really hard. You have to train your body to eat less. Your eyes are bigger than your stomach.'

She added: 'I had to train myself to drink more water. I drink like 5 liters of water a day.'
