'Not like I go to the gym!' Jessica Alba claims she doesn't work out... and puts her fit figure down to 'stress'
As if Jessica Alba wasn't genetically gifted as is, there's another reason to be jealous of the gorgeous actress: She said she doesn't work out.
The revelation comes on Monday's upcoming edition of Ellen, where the 35-year-old mother-of-two says she got in plenty of exercise effortlessly on Halloween.
Alba was walking the hilly terrains of a friend's neighborhood in Los Angeles as she took her daughters with husband Cash Warren - Honor, eight, and Haven, five - trick or treating.

Unreal: Jessica Alba, 35, told Ellen DeGeneres that she doesn't go to the gym, and keeps weight off because of 'stress' in a segment set to air on Ellen Monday
The Mechanic: Resurrection star said that she got a great workout and concluded, 'Well I didn't even need to go to the gym - not like I go to the gym.'
Ellen seemed surprised, to which Alba continued, 'I was like, "I really don't need to." I should go to the gym.'
Ellen responded, 'You really don't go to the gym? You really look horrible, I was going to tell you you should start taking care of yourself because you really let yourself go!'
Alba laughed and said, 'Thanks - it's called stress.'
Shocking reveal: Ellen couldn't believe what she was hearing, as she peppered the A-list actress with follow-up questions like, 'You don't work out at all?' and 'Are you an impostor?'
Cardio and candy: The topic came up as Jessica described how she got a great workout taking her kids trick-or-treating for Halloween
Keep your style in check with Jessica's Jenni Kayne top
She always looks put together even with all the modern day demands of a working mom so when Jessica Alba steps out, we pay attention.
For an appearance on The Ellen Show, Jessica looked super stylish in a navy blue flared trousers teamed with a plaid top by Jenni Kayne.
Like florals are to spring, plaid is probably winter's most important print, so it's worth having a few key pieces in your collection.
We love this Jenni Kayne top that has a subtle dressy vibe to it thanks to the ruffle hem and sleeveless design - team it with jeans or leather skinnies and it will see you through winter in style.

Still in disbelief over the claim, Ellen prodded on: 'You don't work out at all? You're on the cover of Shape magazine - are you an impostor?'
The Sin City star demurred, as she said that her flawless figure on the cover of the health publication was the result of strategic posing, not sweating it out on a treadmill or in a weight room.
'You know how you like cover the bits and you know how to do the thing?' Alba said, making physical gestures to illustrate the movements she was talking about. 'That's what I was doing.'
Brains and beauty: In the appearance, Jessica also explained the course of events that led her to come up with The Honest Company, her wildly-successful line of home and beauty products
Alba said that the physical aspects of her piece in the magazine were irrelevant, as the message she was striving to send was that people should embrace their inner beauty.
'The thing which is important ... is inner beauty and confidence because there's so many different ideas ... of what is beautiful, and so many beauty companies want you to become someone else, and I was like, 'How about we enhance and celebrate our own beauty?
'And that's what Honest beauty is all about.'
It's not what's on the outside that counts: Alba stressed that people should focus on enhancing and celebrating confidence and inner beauty rather than be beholden to what beauty companies are pushing as the desired look
Alba said she was motivated to begin the company to blend all-natural, healthy products with style and affordability.
In the interview, Alba said that the $1.7 billion estimate of her company's worth is 'a valuation magazines put on your company,' but Ellen was quick to brush away Jessica's modesty and give credit where it's due.
'You should own that, and be proud of that, because you built this company up from nothing and you should be proud of that,' Ellen said. 'Now, can I borrow some money?'
Beautiful bit: In the segment, Jessica also participated with Ellen in a comedic demonstration using her products
