Scottie Pippen slashes price of Fort Lauderdale mansion by $5 million - and throws in yacht - after announcing split from wife Larsa

He first listed the mansion for sale at $16 million in 2011. 

And former NBA star Scottie Pippen has slashed over $5 million from the price of his Fort Lauderdale estate. He has also thrown in his yacht.

The 51-year-old has listed the six-bedroom home for $10.9 million - but that's $12.9 million if you'd also like his 55-foot Van Dutch yacht along with the place, according to the LA Times

Villa Del Lago, the estate of the six-time NBA champion, has nearly 13,500 square feet of living space. 

He shared it with his wife Larsa Pippen, who was on the reality show The Real Housewives of Miami for a season in 2011.  They are in the process of a divorce.

Built in 2004, the Italianate house in Fort Lauderdale’s Harbor Beach neighborhood features a three-story foyer, a temperature-controlled wine room, a home movie theatre, a fitness room, six bedrooms, seven full bathrooms and two powder rooms. 

The nearly three-quarter-acre property has multiple patios, an outdoor kitchen and a pool area that includes a spa, waterfalls, a water fountain play area and a giant water slide. 

It features an expansive terrace which overlooks the 215 feet of waterfront, and also has a waterfront basketball court and putting green.

Pippen is a seven-time NBA All-Star, played for the Chicago Bull from 1987 to 1998 and helped the Bulls win six National Basketball Association championships. 

He has been twice married - first to Karen McCollum from 1988 to 1990, and with whom he has a son, Antron Pippen, 29. 

He wed Larsa Younan in 1997, and they separated in October 2016. 

They are parents together of four children, Sophia, Justin, Preston and Scottie Jr. 

Pippen also has a daughter, Sierra Pippen, with his former fiancée Yvette De Leon and a daughter, Taylor Pippen, with former girlfriend and model Sonya Roby.
