Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom kept it healthy on Saturday after she performed in Philadelphia in support of Hillary Clinton.

The 32-year-old singer sizzled in an all-red outfit for dinner with Orlando, 39, at Vedge restaurant.

Perry accessorised with dangling red earrings and carried an American flag clutch.

She had her long dark hair down in soft curls and accentuated her natural beauty with the blue eye shadow and heavy black liner that she wore on stage.

Bloom was casual chic for their meal at the fine dining vegetable restaurant.

He donned a white T-shirt, long dark coat, grey scarf and black trousers.

Perry earlier wore red, white and blue while performing on stage at the Get Out The Vote concert in support of Clinton at the Mann Center For Performing Arts in Philadelphia.

She walked out enveloped in a bright blue cape with 'I'm with Madam President' embroidered on the back.

'Are you ready to vote for Hillary?' she asked the excited crowd.

'It’s okay to have some fun and still change the world, right?' Katy added before shaking off her cape to reveal a shiny sequinned flag dress over skinny blue pants.

Perry performed her hit songs including Part Of Me, Wide Awake And Dark Horse as she again lent her voice and star power to the Democratic nominee.

She stumped for Clinton a day after Beyonce and Jay Z rallied support for her in Cleveland, Ohio.

Clinton campaigned on Sunday with Cleveland Cavaliers star LeBron James as polls show her in a dead heat in the bellwether state of Ohio with her Republican rival Donald Trump.

She was scheduled to campaign later on Sunday in Manchester, New Hampshire with singer and songwriter James Taylor.
