They play mother and son in their latest film Lion.

And it appeared Nicole Kidman and Dev Patel still share a connection off screen.

The duo shared a sweet moment together on the red carpet as they arrived for the Hollywood Film Awards on Sunday night.

Mother and son! Nicole Kidman shared a sweet moment with her Lion co-star Dev Patel as she was honoured at the Hollywood Film Awards on Sunday night

Let your style bloom like Nicole in her Giambattista Valli dress

Stepping out to the Hollywood Film Awards, Nicole Kidman looked bloomin' great in a floor-length floral gown by Giambattista Valli.

When it comes to florals, Giambattista Valli rule the roost and are renowned for their signature prints. This dress is from the Spring/Summer '17 collection and features a light ditsy floral print that has an almost ethereal look to it.

We love the contrasting black piping, plus the Victoriana-esque ruffle sleeves. It's classic red-carpet Nicole - no-one pulls off a statement gown quite like she does!

With winter round the corner, you've probably got the likes of cosy coats and chunky knits on the brain but there's always room for one more floral maxi dress in your collection - just think how prepared you'll be for wedding season next year! Check out our top picks in the edit below.
