And wanting to flaunt the fruits of her hard earned gym labour, Frankie Essex displayed her incredible transformation in a plunging white gown for the series finale of TOWIE in Hampshire.

The 28-year-old reality star flaunted her impressive cleavage in the navel neckline grazing number that hugged her newly honed curves alongside her co-star Mario Falcone.

Frankie appeared more than happy to show off her newly slimmed down figure, having worked tirelessly this year to lose two stone and overcome a bout of depression.

In a recent interview with new! magazine, Frankie admitted she had dropped from 12 stone 8lbs to 10 stone 1lb since splitting from her boyfriend John Lyons a year ago.

She told the publication: 'I was depressed when I was with him anyway. I felt s***, I ate a lot - he was a feeder. It was a fight in me to be the winner.'

Frankie - who is set to release her first weight-loss DVD - said that a recent trip to Ibiza, where she celebrated a year of being single, filled her with confidence as her pals told her they didn't recognise her new shape.

However, she said it's hard for her to see the changes herself.

She continued: 'Even now, I'm like, "Oh, I feel really bloated," and I get on the scales and I'm 10st 1lb, so I must have a bit of body dysmorphia. I'm not toned.'

Frankie says she's had to learn to cut down on portions, because 'whatever you put down in front of me, I'll eat,' but doesn't deprive herself of cake.

She also said that the gym has helped to curb her depression.

'It's made me feel better and it's made me get up and out of bed every day, whereas before, I wouldn't get out of bed for three days.
