Troubled by the ordeal, Jesinta told The Sydney Morning Herald last November she was 'quite exhausted' by seeing her partner's ordeal played out in public.

'I've continued working throughout the entire process, which has taken its toll on me. I'm quite exhausted from it all,' she said.

Buddy proposed with a giant diamond sparkler, estimated to cost between $75,000 and $100,000.

At the time, she told Daily Mail Australia that Buddy had chosen the perfect ring for her, saying: 'I'm not much of a flashy person and if you'd have asked me what I wanted for an engagement ring, I probably wouldn't have been able to tell you.'

'So he did very well, he chose it himself.'

The pair revealed on Saturday that they wed in a small and intimate ceremony in the NSW Blue Mountains surrounded by their closest family and friends.

They kept the location of their big day under wraps for added privacy.

According to The Daily Telegraph, the pair wrote their own vows.

'It was pretty emotional, there wasn't a dry eye. Everything was so sentimental,' one guest told the publication.

'They were both really relaxed and chilled the entire afternoon and night, the smiles never came off their faces,' the guest said.

'They danced all night and into the late hours, it was exactly what they wanted. Small, intimate and full of love.'
