She reportedly covered her wedding dress in fake blood that she 'wished was his'.

But Professor Green seems to have found the humour in ex-wife Millie Mackintosh's most recent attack on their two-year-and-a-half marriage, after telling This Morning hosts that he was pleased she got to wear it again.

The rap artist, who completed his divorce from the reality star last year, had seemingly angered her with a new tell-all break-up track, but he now claims that she involved in that, too.

'Millie was on the intro of [One Eye On The Door] initially,' he told Holly Willoughby and Philip Schofield on Monday morning.

'When the song was coming out she text me to say you must be happy it's finally coming out. The song was written when we were still going out.'

The explosive track hints that cheating was a factor in the demise of their marriage, as well as a lack of action between the sheets and even substance abuse.

And despite the lyrics being leaked on the day of Millie's jilted bride Halloween costume, the musician insists that it was not meant to be personal, saying: 'It’s not revenge - revenge for what?'

The Sun reported on Sunday that the former Made in Chelsea star, 27, 'ripped' and 'bloodied' the Grace Loves Lace gown she had worn to the evening reception of her wedding to the musician for the spooky festivities at Albert's in West London.

Onlookers told MailOnline that the £1,500 wedding dress was formed of a delicate lace, and it was pictured on her friend's Instagram to feature spaghetti straps and a plunging back - matching the description of her second dress.

The paper's source continued: 'She ripped it to shreds and covered it with blood splashes. She even joked she wished it was Stephen's blood.'

They added: 'Millie was joking that she was glad she had finally found good use for it!'

Professor Green appeared on This Morning today and he set the record straight about his ex-wife Millie Mackintosh wearing her second wedding dress as a Halloween costume.

But clearly she's not the only one who likes to recycle! The rapper rocked a floral print sweatshirt, which we spotted him wearing to an event earlier this year.

Seeing the funny side, Professor Green quipped on Monday: 'At least she got to wear it again! It's hers to do what she wants with.'

He added: 'If you can’t have a sense of humour... Divorce is horrible but if you can’t look back at your marriage with any kindness then it was a mistake.

'If I was bitter about it then it would have been a mistake. We never got married to get a divorce we got married because we were young and in love.'

Professor Green was on the show to take about his new documentaries about suicide and about legalising marijuana, as well as child poverty.

And while he is rumoured to have moved on in the dating world with model Fae Williams, Millie seemed to have rekindled her romance with former Made In Chelsea co-star Hugo Taylor just one week after her divorce was finalised.

Now-inseparable Millie and Hugo first dated during her stint on E4 reality show Made In Chelsea in 2011.

The pair went public with their relationship again in May - after the fitness fanatic was granted a 'quickie divorce' from the rapper, which dissolved the marriage in just 30 seconds.

Millie and Professor Green married at Babington House in Somerset back in 2013, in front of an intimate gathering of family and friends.
