Holding out for more? Jaime Pressly sued by ex-accountant over $260K court settlement

Jaime Pressly has reportedly stalled a court settlement entitling her to $260K from her former accountant Daniel Rivero.

Rivero told TMZ that the 39-year-old Emmy winner is making a 'thinly veiled attempt' at stalling their settlement in order to 'get more money.'

The Mom funnywoman originally sued Daniel for $900K in January of last year over claims he 'overpaid her landscaper and messed up her taxes.'

Rivero is now asking the court to force Pressly to honor the amount ($260K) they agreed upon after negotiations.

Aside from her CBS sitcom, the Golden Globe nominee has kept a low profile in the last year with guest gigs on E!'s Hollywood Medium and CBS' The Talk.

The North Carolina-born blonde has a nine-year-old son Dazi with ex-fiancé DJ Eric Calvo, and she's been romancing Lorin shoe store owner Hamzi Hijazi since 2011.

Jaime divorced entertainment lawyer Simran Singh in 2011.

The Lost in Austin actress can currently be seen as sober socialite Jill Kendall on the fourth season of Mom, which airs Thursdays on CBS.
