Meeting someone on a blind date always has the possibility of ending in a disaster.

And that is exactly what happened during Tian Tan's appearance on First Dates New Zealand earlier this month. 

During his first meeting with a brunette lady, the contestant revealed he 'loves tits in my face', sending social media into meltdown a short time after.

Tian Tan posted his short-edited scene onto his Facebook page and received 1.2million views within 14 hours and 24,000 comments. 

But while the shocking confession came as a shock to many viewers, Tian Tan was in fact putting on an act for the camera.

Earlier in the episode, Tian Tan left his brunette date stunned after he admitted to her she looked a lot older than 19.

'Oh, you're 19...You look older,' he commented, before attempting to backtrack, adding: 'like more mature, not as in like, you know…'

The female looked less than impressed by the statement and simply replied, 'um, yeah'.

After their meeting, the pair decided to not meet up again and to go their separate ways after having an argument over who would pay the bill. 

'I don't know. I don't feel like we'll be in the same group circles kind of thing,' Tian Tan said.

He later posted on Facebook: 'Even though I didn't get along super well with my date I'm still really happy she was the one there with me for this experience and wish her all the best.'
