Hot metal! Solange Knowles wears plunging silver pantsuit on the red carpet for the annual Vogue Fashion Fund Awards

Solange Knowles went for a fashion forward look on Monday.

The singer attended the 13th Annual CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund Awards at Spring Studios in New York City in a futuristic shiny silver suit and black stilettos.

 She wore wide legged silver trousers and a matching buttoned up blazer.

The singer tied her raven tresses back off her face and accessorized with several hair clips all the way around her face.

She added a pair of large silver earrings to her outfit as well as white manicured nails.

Solange went for a smokey eye look and a natural palette as she showed off her radiant and glowing skin.

Karlie Kloss, Zendaya, Romee Strijd and Hailey Baldwin were among some of the models at the elite event.

The evening was complete with the CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund finalists who gathered with industry elites for the award ceremony.

The 2016 winners were announced to the public with husband-and-wife design duo Laura Vassar and Kristopher Brock receiving $400,000.

Not only that but they also will receive business mentorship from top industry talent, including members of CFDA.

The couple met while studying at Parsons School of Design in New York, and their collections of elegant, high-end ready-to-wear are stocked at top retailers.

The stores include Barneys, Moda Operandi, Ssense and Forward by Elyse Walker.

The Brock Collection fast became an editor and buyer favorite.
