Property tycoon who's rarely in the office

Emir Bahadir lases on an inflatable animal in a pool

Turkish-born Emir Bahadir’s name translates literally to ‘Prince’ — and the 25-year-old certainly lives like one. Whether lounging in a pool in St Tropez (inset) or grinning on board his mahogany-panelled private jet (main picture), his 319,000 followers are regularly treated to glimpses of his gilded existence.

Emir, who attended the £60,000-a-year American School in Switzerland, and studied business at New York University before moving to London, is heir to a generations-old Turkish property empire and owns a £2.8 million apartment in Manhattan. He is also co-founder of a property brokerage whose offerings include a £77 million premises on New York’s Fifth Avenue.

A visit to his Instagram site, however, shows Emir is rarely in the office. He’s more likely to be found in a helicopter over Cannes, attending a gala in Miami or relaxing on a yacht surrounded by a gaggle of bikini-clad beauties.

Billionaire's daughter Julia Stakhiva, 24, drives a £200,000 Ferrari 488

Billionaire's daughter Julia Stakhiva, 24, was given her first Louis Vuitton handbag aged nine.

Today, she has 100 designer bags as well as a £300,000 fur collection and clothes worth £1.6 million in her Mayfair home.

Her lifestyle is funded by her Ukrainian parents, who made millions from their food empire.

‘Since the age of 16, I’ve been spending at least £17,000 a month on clothes,’ she says. ‘I don’t mix and match with designers: I will wear Balmain from top to toe.’

Her 66,000 Instagram followers can ogle photos of Julia clutching a £1,800 bottle of Armand de Brignac Brut Gold

Julia, who has spent £180,000 on facial fillers, lip injections and teeth whitening, has a personal trainer and nutritionist. She flies to Moscow to have her hair cut — ‘I book the whole salon so it can be free when I arrive’ — and has five staff to promote her image.

Since graduating from a £15,950-a-year business course at Regent’s University, Julia has become a reality TV star.

Splashing £15K a month on clothes

Lana Scolaro, 21, loves the limelight and was educated at Mill Hill School in North London

Whether draped across the bonnet of a gold Bentley or cavorting on a rooftop in a black bra, Lana Scolaro, 21, clearly loves the limelight.

Born to an English mother and Italian father, Lana was educated at Mill Hill School in North London. She was offered a place at a design school in New York, but socialising proved to be more fun.

Her upbringing was anything but ordinary: her father, who made millions as a mining entrepreneur, gave Lana and her sisters Stephy, 23, and Lydia, 15, everything they wanted. She travels by private jet, owns a £25,000 Hermes Birkin handbag and admits to spending £15,000 a month on clothes.

Lana uploads pictures to her Instagram account several times a day, giving her 63,000 followers glimpses of her over-the- top party lifestyle.

Recent images show her carrying her pet dog, Fifi, onto a private jet, posing in a racy pink bikini and sitting in the front row at a Dolce & Gabbana fashion show.

She’s also uploaded an image of a blonde woman in just her underwear lying in a bath of dollar bills with the caption: ‘Where do you see yourself in a few years?’

When she’s not pouting up a storm, Lana has a fledgling jewellery line — LS Diamonds — which includes a black diamond bracelet decorated with a tiny silver gun, costing £795.

Swarovski crystal-studded Merc and a shoe obsession

Russian Daria Radionova has a lot of jewellery and took her love of diamonds to a new level

Russian Daria Radionova made headlines in 2014 after her Swarovski crystal-studded Mercedes C-class with the licence plate ‘BA11 BYY’ was spotted outside Harrods.

Daria, 23, employed four people for two months to apply the million crystals by hand. The car, a birthday present from her parents, cost £50,000 plus £35,000 to customise it.

‘I have a lot of jewellery — diamonds are a girl’s best friend,’ she said at the time. ‘I have them everywhere. I’d like to encrust everything in crystal.’ She has since turned her obsession into a career, customising fur and leather products for wealthy clients.

Best friends with Chloe Green, the daughter of shamed BHS tycoon Philip ‘Sir Shifty’ Green, he regularly updates his 242,000 Instagram followers with photographs of his opulent lifestyle.

Recent images show him climbing out of a pink helicopter, enjoying champagne by an infinity pool and preparing to eat sushi off a naked woman lying on a banquet table.

Robert — christened Robin — was educated at the £44,360-a-year Cobham International School in Surrey and went on to study business at Regent’s University in London.

He reportedly owns an apartment next to his father’s boutique in Sloane Square in London’s upmarket SW1 area, where the average property costs £2.1 million.

But with so much cash to splash, he’s never home for long: recent sojourns show a chalet in St Moritz, a yacht off the coast of Monaco —and, of course, the sprawling family home in Florence, which boasts outlandish interiors of purple velvet sofas, animal print armchairs and marble statues.

Robert, who also shares photos of his lavish meals on a separate Instagram account, counts among his friends the socialite Paris Hilton, actress Lindsay Lohan and model Naomi Campbell.

In one particularly boastful image, he holds a 100-carat diamond ring in front of a hugely expensive painting by the celebrated pop artist Roy Lichtenstein.
