Blame it on the Essex-ercise: Lauren Goodger's 'bigger and better' behind steals her limelight again as she heads to the gym to hone her curves

She may have been moonlighting in The Only Way Is Essex again recently, but Lauren Goodger could have fitted in with a Kardashian on Monday.

Looking like she was Keeping Up With Kim, the curvy reality star made the most of her much-talked-about derriere in skintight gymwear as she headed to the salon.

The 30-year-old was filming for the ITVBe show in her native Essex when her unmissable behind somewhat stole the limelight.

Lauren was first seen arriving for another fitness session in her khaki Lycra and a figure-hugging sweatshirt.

She gave a playful pose over one shoulder as she noticed that she'd been spotted on her way to a workout, where she says she's been specifically 'training her bum'.

Cameras later followed Lauren to her hair appointment, where she was filmed on a phone conversation for a new scene on the reality show.

Lauren has fully immersed herself in the drama since being back on TOWIE, playing a special, supportive part in Megan McKenna's break-up with Pete Wicks.

Last weekend though, when her scenes aired on ITVBe, fans were somewhat distracted by her more rounded bottom, prompting tweets of praise.

The subject even came up on screen and Lauren told co-stars: 'In weight training you’ve got to feed your bum, you’ve got to feed your muscles. So I eat loads of protein, protein shakes to build it.'

Such is the debate about Lauren's bottom, the reality star has even been forced to deny claims that she's had implants to bolster the appearance. 

'I have not had bum implants or another boob job,' she told new! magazine last month.

'My bum is bigger because I've gained weight and been training my bum with weights so it looks bigger.

'I've always had a bum but like I said, I lost it when I shed all that weight last year. I was gutted so I'm glad it's back. 

'Bigger and better than before. I love how my body looks now. My curves make me feel really sexy.' 

Lauren wowed fans in December 2015 when she showed off her staggering four stone weight loss and released her top-selling fitness tape, OMG! Workout DVD.
