'Doesn't it look great?': RHOC's Vicki Gunvalson boasts about her latest plastic surgery transformation after undergoing an eye lift

Real Housewives of Orange County star Vicki Gunvalson has admitted to yet more plastic surgery.  

The 54-year-old showed off the results of a brand new eye lift on Monday night's reunion.

'Doesn't it look great?' the reality star proclaimed. 'I got all my wrinkles gone.'

Bravo exec Andy Cohen opened the reunion show by asking the self-proclaimed 'OG of the OC' about speculation she'd gone under the knife again.

'Rumor has it you got an eye job, is that true?' he began.

'Oh my God, of course I did, I'm not going to deny it,' Vicki quipped.

Surprised by the outspoken RHOC vet, Andy responded: 'You did? When?'

'I was filming when it happened,' she answered. 'You guys didn't even know, I was only out for 4 days.'

Vicki has undergone an extensive transformation in recent years; she had a chin implant and fillers around her nose and eyes in 2013.

Meanwhile more drama unfolded as the Coto Insurance founder demanded former friend Shannon Beador to quit 'her show' as she was once again forced to defend herself against the Brooks Ayers cancer scandal.

Vicki told the women at the season 11 reunion show that she had been wrong about Brooks and had not done enough to investigate his 'illness' at the time. 

Her efforts to move on from Brooks and rebuild her friendships was at the heart of season 11 but when Andy asked her ex-boyfriend, Vicki simply said: 'Who?'

'The problem was, I was at a place where I was really busy and I didn't spend a lot of time with Brooks when he was doing all his stuff,' said Vicki. 

The mother-of-two told the cameras that she now knew that Brooks was 'a bad guy.' 

But Shannon, 52, refused to change her mind that Vicki knew all about Brooks and his deception.

'You're wrong. I'm not talking about it anymore, but you're wrong. That is not true that I lied on a cancer scam? Don't go there,' Vicki told her.

'Oh my God are we ever going to get off Brooks?' Vicki asked Andy.

Shannon was not ready to move on from her issues with Vicki, but Vicki had had enough of her.

'You don't like me? Get off my show,' Vicki shouted across the couches at her. 

'This is your show? Okay great,' said Shannon.

'Eleven years,' she said waving goodbye to Shannon as her co-star told her it was Andy's show.

'It is and you are welcome on it for a while,' added Vicki.  

Bravo's Real Housewives of Orange County will air part two of the reunion on November 14.
