Paris Hilton took to social media to share a birthday message for younger brother Barron on Monday.

Posting a collage of recent photographs of the duo having fun together with pals, the 35-year-old heiress wrote a sweet message for her 27-year-old sibling.

'Happy Birthday @BarronHilton! Sending you so much love! You are one of my best friends in life & I'm so happy to have you as my brother. Love you so much!'

The brother-sister duo are pictured at various formal events as well as casual parties and festival settings.

The former Simple Life star also has younger sister Nicky, 33 and brother Conrad, 22.

While Paris has had her own scrapes with the law in the past, Barron made headlines in 2013 when he got into a fight with Lindsay Lohan's pal Ray LeMoine at a party in Miami.

He was hospitalized for his injuries but the criminal investigation into whether LeMoine attacked Barron came to a halt after Barron stopped cooperating with police.

Barron claimed Lindsay instigated the fight, but LeMoine insisted it was Barron who started it.

The great-grandson of Conrad Hilton, founder of Hilton Hotels, got into another altercation in 2014 with Baywatch star Jeremy Jackson at Paris' Malibu beach house but nobody pressed charges.

Competing for bad boy of the family, Conrad also found himself in hot water after being caught using drugs while on probation for another offence.

He was sentenced to two months in prison this summer stemming from an incident in 2015 where he allegedly took drugs on a flight from London to Los Angeles and screamed obscenities at flight attendants.

Meanwhile, Nicky welcomed her first child, daughter Lily, on July 8.

She married her British financier beau James Rothschild in July 2015 in London.
